I initially thought they should replay the final 12.3 seconds as well, however, isn't the ruling essentially using correctable error principles? Iow, there were unmerited FT's taken, so the unmerited FT's were taken off the board, and any time consumed, fouls, and other points scored stand. I don't know if the end of the game still fell into the correctable error time frame, but it seems to make sense, given we all know there are no do-overs under NFHS rules.
