Was player dribbling when s/he stumbled and fell to the floor?

IF yes, not a travel.

If the player secured the ball prior to falling on it, Travel

When did they end their dribble? As suggested you cannot have ended the dribble with ball in his/her hands and make contact with the floor with any part of the body other than feet or hands. But if the dribble was ended after touching the floor or was fumbled and secured after touching the floor, then it would be legal.

FIBA rules: A player may fall to the floor with control of the ball and not be called for a travelling violation.
