Correct order to shoot FT

I was asked to explain the procedure we saw Saturday night.
Division 2 Mens Game
A1 fouls B1 while slapping ball loose in front court. A2 picks up loose ball. After hearing whistle, A2 throws ball to end of court in frustration. Official whistles A2 for T.
Team A has 8 team fouls.
Officials administer the two technical shots first, then the 1+1 which Team B makes both shots, then Team A inbounds after made FT at end line.
Several question were posed to me.
Should the FT be shot in the order that the infractions occurred?
Do they shoot the T FT first, then shoot the 1+1 and begin play if the first shot misses?
Why didn't Team B receive the ball to inbound at the division line after the T shots?

Ts in NCAA get administered first, then back to the action that would have occurred if the T hadn't been called. There are exceptions, but this is not one of them.

NCAA rules state that T fouls are administered when they happen, after which you go back to POI. POI in this case is shooting the 1 and 1 and playing the result of the FTs.

Because that's the way NCAA rules prescribe. 10-5-1: two free throws and POI.

Ciao

Yes. Administer the penalties in the order the fouls occur.

Yes, in NFHS, all fouls are penalized in the order they occur. In this case, the 1 and 1 would have been shot with the lane clear. The two for the T would have then been shot. Then, the team that shot the T shots would have gotten the ball at the division line.
