the NCAAW mechanic is specific to that inbound only, which is not what you say in your comment you just say the first throw in and you make a blanket statement that it is the proper mechanic for 3-man which it is not - and I'm not from G (Georgia?) HSAA - I do not know that you do not conform to the FED mechanics.

We use some of the NCAAW mechanics because the head of basketball officials in our state is a NCAAW official. He brings down some of their mechanics. The trail chops the clock for all Front Court throw-ins.
