Team A jumper tips the ball and then grabs it. Obviously we have a violation and Team B get the ball for a throw in.

But lets talk about the possession arrow. Who get the arrow? Team A or Team B?

Team A tips ball deep towards baseline ... Team A player jumps and while in the air to save ball from going OOB - tosses ball back into play where Team B recovers and gains possesion.

Which team gets arrow?

If the officials determine the A player who saved the ball from OB had control when he/she "tosses" it, then B gets the arrow. If no control is established, then A gets the arrow when B player "recovers and gains possession."
