Timeout Location Restriction

Fellow referee called about situation that occurred in his game tonight. Home Coach was granted a full TO. He finished is team instructions in about 20 seconds. 4 Home team members return to the lane area near where the TI is to take place. One Home team member goes and stands right beside the Visitor's huddle.

5-12-5 Says "time out conference will take place within the confines of the team area.

The Home team was done "conferencing" so what rule basis do we have to prevent the Home team player from entering the opposing teams "team area" during the remainder of their "conference"?
