All very good questions...
All I remember is that someone posted it and I thought it was a tremendous tool to help new officials gain a feel for the game.
It spoke of how fast beats slow, tall beats short and strong beats weak, and how we shouldn't penalize those attributes as long as they clearly don't violate. Therefore the best team shouldn't win the game, the team that plays the best should. It was probably four or five years ago, I appreciate the effort. |
