Diebler sighting....

Took myself off my games tonight and tomorrow due to a nasty virus. I flipped on the TV to check out the Indiana/Ohio State game and immediately Diebler drains a long jumper. Life is not all bad. :-)

He's the greatest athlete in the history of the universe. Plus - he sells popcorn at halftime!

In case you don't get the morning paper or can't find it on the internet.....!

Buckeyes hit 3s to roll past Indiana, 77-53

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - Ohio State caught fire behind the arc to beat Indiana 77-53 on Tuesday night. Jon Diebler added 17 points.....

Were you inspired??

Diebler

Didn't he originally commit to Valparaiso? And changed his mind to go to OSU when Matta started recruiting him. I saw him play in HS and thought he was one of the best shooters I have ever seen.

Not just from his shooting. When I saw him sing the national anthem, sell popcorn at halftime, hold a cheerleader up on one arm during a time-out, tape a teammates ankle, and give new Fox-40's to all the officials, then I was inspired.

Oh yeah, and he flew the team charter plane as well.

So I see there is a lot of love for Jon Diebler on this site, but I would like to point you all toward Mark "The Shark" Titus and his contribution to society. If you're in to wasting a little bit of time, read his blog. Pretty hilarious. Especially the "Love in an Elevator" entry.

Sorry, but surfing the net for stupid stuff is one of my other hobbies besides officiating.

And all this on the same day he donated a kidney to a sick kid. Amazing!

That's only part the story. The next day he donated another kidney to a sick kid, and the next day he donated yet another kidney to a teammate.

I heard he's giving Billy Packer a brain transplant. Now Packer will at least have one.
