NFHS Rules Online ...

For those of you who don't have free access to a NFHS Rulebook online, I accidentally came across this recently. I tried various deletions of portions of the URL address to find the "home" website but was unable to, maybe because you need a password, or something. Can anyone figure this out? I would really like to find a similar website with access to a free online NFHS Casebook, since I haven't been able to so far. Can anybody find one? Please help. Some people call me cheap. I say I'm thrifty. Well. OK. Thrifty and cheap.

Unless they have NFHS permission, it's a copyright violation for Seattle Officials - Women's Basketball Association to post it. The NFHS will make them remove it.

It's not up to date, either. The horn timings are wrong and the period to replace a DQed player is 30 seconds, which means that this book is from no later than 2006-07.

Thanks. I didn't realize that. I'll edit it for now, but should I delete the original post? They say that if it's sounds too good be be true, then it's too good to be true, or something like that.
