I would have been worried that he would show up in non-black shorts.
I probably would have emailed him just to remind him that we wear black.

No, here in Oregon we wear green with a patch showing a hippie from the 60s hugging a tree.

In Minneapolis area, it's 50/50 shorts or pants for weekend basketball (5-9 grade). Both are supposed to wear the same. The assignors don't care, just as long as both are the same.
