It is much more enjoyable and I don't think about how many miles I'm putting in when I'm officiating....it doesn't seem like work (yes Rut, including AAU leagues).

Will you please get off the AAU stuff. AAU, Pop Warner, LL, Travelling baseball, ASA Softball Tournaments and many other things that are not associated with NF or College games are extra. I do 3 sports and I bearly have time for all of the regular season stuff. All of these leagues or tournaments are run well in some places, and are run bad in others. I never said I do not enjoy any AAU or anything for that matter. But I will discriminate for which ones that I do. I do like to have a life outside of officiating thank you.
