4-point play

Last minute.
BV visitor up by one steals ball for lay-up. Ball is released, V1 coming down and gets two-handed push in the back. Ball drops.
Crossed arms by partners, I was Trail, and had the same thing.

Some days, but not every day....

chartrusepengui Thu Dec 11, 2008 11:26am

but it caught me by surprise because it happened in the first two minutes of a losers bracket 9:30AM game. Talk about a wake up call.

"Take a deep breath and as you let it out, begin to feel yourself relaxing. Now become aware of your arms... now relax your arms... let them grow more and more comfortable... let the muscles become loose and limp and even more relaxed. That's right, good, you're doing just fine."
