I need specifics
 

Adult men's rec ball. But on a Navy base so they behave a bit better.

End of first quarter in tight game. Coach approaches me. Says apologeticly, "Just thought I'd let you know. The guys are getting mad at you."

I opened my eyes wide and said, "People are always getting mad at me. Do you have any specifics?"

He just mumbled something about calling the same both ends. Not another peep out of him. Though I do think he was referring to all three of us. Difference was, I'm 5'2" and the other two were at least 6' and male.

I had a coach use his last 30-second timeout (in a game that was already over) tonight to make a small attempt to big time me.

Went something like this:
Coach: "Hey, can I ask you a question?"
Me: "Sure, coach, what do you need?"
Coach: "I was just wondering what I did to make you guys mad...the fouls are 8-1."
Me: "Nothing - this isn't going anywhere good, coach. Please walk away."

I kind of knew where he was going to take it before he asked. However, to my surprise, he turned around and that was the end of it.

5' 2", eh? I'm betting if they got out of line, you'd own 'em while all your 6' and male partners could do is stand back and cheer you on. ;)
