Yup, my first game of the season
Got up this morning, felt fine. Then I took the dogs for a walk.
Soon as I hit the pavement, the shin splints made themselves known.  Gradually through the day more muscles made themselves known. Don't understand it. I was just flying down the court last night.  Rita

Game after Game
Yep, same here. This year started in September with early MS double-headers twice a week. Now the high school seasons are kicking in and I feel increasingly better after each game. Give it time, you'll get to where you'll feel like doing triple-headers every night!
