Help! I'm Cheap And I Can't Get Up ...

I buried this post this in another thread, with no responses, so I thought I'd try it as it's own thread, if that's alright with the moderators:

Two of my three free sources of citations have disappeared from the internet, the NFHS rules, and the NFHS caseplays, from the EOfficials website. The only free citations that I can find are the NFHS rules only on the Middle Tennessee Basketball Officials Association website, and portions of the longer rules, like Rule 4 Definitions, aren't included.

Are there any other free websites available, and if not, what is the cheapest way to get access to NFHS rules, and caseplays, online? NFHS? EOfficials? Someplace else?

I'm so cheap that I squeeze a nickel so tightly that the buffalo either has a bowel movement, or vomits. Either way, it's a messy situation.

Cannot answer your query, but don't try that with a Canadian nickel.

If I'm not afraid to squeeze a buffalo, then I'm certainly not afraid to squeeze a beaver. The same messy "stuff" comes out both ends.

Cocktail party information: The U.S. nickel coin is not magnetic, because it actually is mostly (75%) copper. The Canadian nickel minted at various periods up to 1981 was 99.9% nickel, and were magnetic. Go ahead, get a magnet, and try it. The Canadian nickel has to be minted before 1981.

NFHS has the rule book and case book posted on their website. Of course you need to have paid dues...

I think he is aware of that. He is a cheapskate, though. Self-admitted.

If I'm going to have to pay for it, is there a source cheaper than the NFHS?
