school logos on team jersey??
 

I see rules that allow a mascot on the pants, compression shorts, headbands, sweatbands. And, I see a rule that specifically prohibits manufacturers logos on jerseys.

I don't see a rule that allows mascots on the jersey but I don't see the rule that specifically prohibits them, either.

Are school mascots allowed on the jersey?

Not on the torso. Single color only, plus name, and number.

That would certainly put some teams at a disadvantage.

Thanks for the attachment but it still does not answer the question - is the team mascot allowed anywhere on the jersey including on the back/above the shoulder/inserts/seams?

Must be above the neckline on the front, can be in the side insert and on the back it must be above what would be the neckline continued around, approx.

Depends on the type of mascot, I suppose.

My HS team mascot was a Trojan. We wore them, but not on our uniform. And it was usually well after the game. ;)

Mine was a Dragon. Not sure, I'd want to cart one of those around, unless they could be trained to clear the lane.

Thanks. There has to be something in the PDF that leads you to believe that mascots can be worn on the jersey. But, I still don't see where it allows team mascots even in the unrestricted neckline area. Am I missing something?
