Snip!

I take the jump ball as seriously as I can for an event that simply puts the ball in place and (usually) happens only once.

Not very.

Not very.

My point exactly. And I'm as guilty as many other officials.

RichMSN: I changed your quote for Mark Padgett disciples.

Oh, there are other instances where we could jump again :)

And also, I meant "play", not "place."

How Many Mark Padgett Disciples Are There ???

Oh no. Don't tell me you drank Mark Padgett's Kool-Aid?

I noticed the place/play keyboarding mistake, but I didn't want to become the Annoying Keyboarding Guy, so I passed on it. My keyboarding skills are terrible. I learned to "type" back in the day on a manual "typewriter" so I bang too hard on the keys and keep hitting extra keys.

I joke about overtime, but I have never run into an overtime where it wasn't a great game and 4 more minutes seemed, well, reasonable. Now, a SECOND overtime, well...

Now this sounds a little more reasonable than the Mark Padgett Philosophy. It's almost time for me to get on my Mark Padgett No Overtime soapbox, but not quite yet. Stay tuned.

I generally agree; with one exception. :)

I know that you don't care about my anti-Mark Padgett-No Overtime posts. I just can't figure out if you're 100% serious, or not. After all, you have been known to stray from serious posts every once in a great while.
