FIBA Rules please help : Foul / playing time/ interval of play
 

Please guys I need help


A shot for goal has left A3's hands,
when the signal sounds to end the 1st
period. After the signal has sounded,
but before the shot for goal ends, an
unsportsmanlike foul is committed by
A5. Shall this foul be considered to
have happened during an interval of
play? Answer: Yes Art 8.5

Art 8.5 An interval of play begins

-Twenty (20) minuters before the game is scheduled to begin.
- When the game-clock signal sounds for the end of a period





My question is : What are the refs supposed to do then? 2 shots and ball possession in the next period?

The next period starts with two shots for the offended player and a throw in from the division line for team B (no change of the possession arrow).

If the period is the fourth and the score is not tied, the foul must be disregarded, because the game is over, but may be reported to the organizing body.
