I think FEEBLE rules might be different because you'd have to convert to kph. 🙄

They are km/h, actually. 🙂 But after conversion it seems to me that the dribbler is running not so fast, while the defender is very slow. Anyway, the rule is just the same. 🙂

I'm asking to myself, however, what the defender was trying to sell back and to whom. 🙂

PC foul, LGP not required. Change the play to have B1 running forward down the court and getting run over by A1.

I agree, as long as they're moving the same direction.
My point was only that LGP is not required in this case, either; even though B1 may be moving.
