Tonight I gave a T to a guy after the teams were at their benches for halftime. He was taunting another player, so I rang him up. I decided to have the other team take the shots and throw the ball in the start the 2nd half, and not use the AP. Was this correct procedure?

Sounds right to me, Matt. Once a quarter is over, any subsequent fouls (which would be technical, since it's a "dead ball" period) would carry over to the next quarter. Good call.
