All I would say is you need to make goals based on your ability, not what other people want them to be. I am sure Bob has geared his goals to what he needs to work on. You might have other pressing issues that would not apply to Bob. Just saying. ;)

My goals for the season:

1) Learn to see the double hit
2) Recognize and call all back row attacks
3) Recognize and call all back row blocks

Ask me again in November what my basketball season goals are ;)
