Which Rule Books for new Official?

I am planning on becoming a new official this season and would like to ask what books I should purchase. I am looking at the NFHS site.

I realize I should buy 2 and 3. What others would be appropriate for a new official?

I have been a lurker for a couple of years now and finally decided to take the plunge. Anyone in Mass. have a suggestion on whom to contact to enroll in an officials course starting soon? I live on the south shore. I have sent emails to 2 sources found on the MIAA website listed as Board Contacts and hope to hear back from them as well.
