Inbound after made hoop & net is tangled
High school basketball situation: A1 scores (swishes) a basket. The net is tangled on the rim. It does not appear tangled so much that the net won't come down with a touch or on the next shot.The ball is not at B's disposal yet for the throw-in. Should the ref blow the whistle and stop play to allow somebody to untangle the net or let 'em play on?
If the whistle is blown then B might be at a disadvantage because A will have more time to set up their press. What's your decision?
