Under NF rules, this is allowable on inbound plays following a made or awarded score, plus (under a new rule), following a defensive violation that occurred during a throw-in following a made or awarded basket where the inbound placement would be on that same endline, and all subsequent throw-ins for the same reason with the same inbound placement.
Not only that, but there can be an unlimited number of OOB passes and more than 2 players can be OOB, as long as the ball is thrown toward the court prior to 5 seconds elapsing from the time the ball is at the disposal of that team. Of course, the other players must be teammates of the legal inbounder. However, any other team members that wish to be OOB during the throw-in by the inbounder, must be OOB on the same endline. Guys - did I miss anything? There, that should be clear as mud. ![]()
