I cost an AAU team twice today
 

The first one was when a team blew a 10 point lead and in a tie game where it was obvious who was going to take the final shot, single-covered the guy who buried a mid-range jumper with 3 seconds left. They wanted an offensive foul where there was none to be called.

The second one was when they whined on a no-call that obviously cost them the game, losing by 4. Of course the opponents went 4 for 4 from the line on technical FTs [not for that particular play].

Had the trifecta with them in the opener when the game was delayed because they only had 4 players with uniforms. A 30 point blowout. That one was only mildly my fault.

The bonus was when I had game management speak to one of their fans. It really is amazing to see some clubs poor sportsmanship from coach to player to fan. It is also obvious as to why this coach is not a HS coach.

You should be ashamed of yourself. How dare you make proper calls. Don't you know we are always responsible for the losing team losing? :eek:
