Sox take 2 out of 3 from Philadelphia. Pretty good road trip, even without Manny and Papi.

Tiger's packing it in for the rest of the year. That's huge.

(More importantly, though, I hope he keeps hitting well even after Ortiz comes back (if Ortiz comes back this season).)

Hey I was ready to get rid of Bonds after his performance (or lack thereof) in the 2002 World Series against the Angels. Now that they are finally rid of him, they are stuck with Barry Zito and his huge contract. Maybe its the curse of the Barrys! :eek:
