Do you have a travel here?
 
This happened friday night and it's been bugging me ever since. A1 jumps to make a pass to a teammate, while off the ground, B1 slaps the ball up in the air (completely out of A1's hands) and it goes up by A1's head. A1 then recovers the ball and comes back down to the floor. Is this a travel? Bad part about it was I didn't call a travel and then A1 passed to A2 who was fouled on a 3 pt attempt.

If your saying that he completely released the ball prior to him releasing the ball, I'm thinking theres no control. I'm also thinking that you don't have a travel!!!

No travel. Plaer control was lost when B1 slapped the ball loose so A1 is allowed to recover.
