location, foul on non-shooter, basket made

Shot attempt by A1, b2 fouls say by running through a screen or a pushing foul and the basket is good. So does team A keep the ball? Where would the location be, spot of foul?
Is it the same for high school and college?
Does it matter if the shot is released

Is this basket interference or goaltending or nothing? A1 throws a lob to a2 but it hits the rim and bounces around on the rim. I assume a2 has to let it clear first even though it was a pass but I wanted to check.
