NBA All-Star game

I know that many of you have more important things to do with your Sunday evenings. Well, I'm bored so I decided to watch the NBA All-Star game. And the first thing that came to my mind is... What is up with those jerseys? There are 4 different colors out there playing. The front of the East jersey is Blue but the back is Silver. The front of the West jersey is white but the back is Gold. From TV land, the Silver and White look very similar. Very confusing. Am I the only one that this bothers?
