team control?
 
Team A is taking the ball out underneath its own basket. Team A also has 6 team fouls. Prior to the ball being passed in, A1 pushes off B1 to get open. Foul called. Does B1 get a 1 + 1? Rule or Case if you have it, please. Thanks.

No team control during throw-in. Shoot the free throws.

Look at it from this perspective, if there is no team control during a throw-in and the team with the ball fouls and its their 7th team foul. We are shooting. Or what JAR stated.
