Double Technical after Shooting Foul
 
Center official calls shooting foul. A24 will attempt the free throws.

While Center is reporting foul, Trail official calls double technical on A23 and B12 and properly reports those fouls.

A24 is on the line for two free throws to resume play via POI. The lane was filled.

Did the officials correctly administer the situation?

I believe they got it right. You enforce the POI immediately, rather than invoking it in the order the fouls occurred. So POI is to go back to shooting the original foul, lane filled, play on from the result.

No shots are taken for the double technical. Yes, A24 shoots his shots with the lane filled.

Officials were correct.
