Changing starters prior to game

Hypothetical situation I'd like everyones input on.

10 minutes prior to the start of the game, coach A designates starters and bookkeeper records in the scorebook. When can coach A change his lineup/starters?

What about the following scenarios?

A) A1 violates a team rule during warmups and coach decides to not start him or not let him play

B) Coach A realizes team B has decided to start a 6'9 player that usually comes off the bench and wants to adjust his lineup accordingly

Just wondering

You can change at the cost of a technical foul. That's it. :)
Unless one of your starters gets injured during warmups.

What if the starter is "injured"?

Injured or "injured," the lineup can be changed without penalty. Of course, if the starter is only "injured," and the officials figure out that you're gaming the system, Betty bar the door! ;)

I have no control over the ethics a coach is willing to teach his kids. ;)

Legal to change but his azz better not be coming in the game later then.

OK, so a player gets "injured" during a play, and the coach has to be beckoned onto the court, are you going to say that player isn't allowed to play the rest of the game too?

Whatinthehell has that got to do with a coach changing his pre-game starters? One is a technical foul; the other one isn't.

A starter may be changed without penalty following the 10-minute mark due to injury, illness, or to attempt technical foul FTs.

3-2-2a. Changing a designated starter, unless necessitated by illness, injury, illegal equipment or apparel, etc. , or to attempt a technical-foul free throw.

3.2 SITUATION B: A1, who is designated as a starter 10 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time of the game, becomes ill or is injured before the game starts. RULING: A1 may be replaced without penalty as illness or injury is considered to be an extenuating and unavoidable situation which permits a substitution. A1 would be permitted to enter the game later. (10-1-2a)

Because, technical foul and changing the book aside, it's the identical situation. An injured player is allowed to return to the game when he/she is able so long as he/she has not been judged to be unconscious by an official.
