OOB touched by coach
 
A1 makes a bad pass and the ball is bouncing and clearly headed for OOB in front of team B's bench. A2 is chasing the ball and may be able to save it, but the ball is caught by Team B's coach, who is standing completely OOB.

Whose ball for throw in?

If A has a good chance to obtaining possesion of the ball, and the B coach interfers by touching the ball, rather than being touched by the ball, then I have A getting the throw-in because of the penalty for a technical foul.

Otherwise, B's throw-in.
