NCAA Free Throw Question
 
Hey guys (and gals),

A question for some of you who do NCAA ball. This year, with moving every one up one block, is the person in the first lane space allowed the block?

The intramural league I work in/help coordinate wants to move everyone up this year, and I realized that I didn't know about that.
