Injured Player and foul shots
 
When a player is injured during a personal foul, and is unable to shoot his foul shots, can any of the 4 players on the floor take the foul shot(s) or does it have to be the player subbing for the injured player?

Unless there are no available substitutes at the time, in which case one of the other remaining players takes the attempts.
