Off Topic - Feel Good Story for a Change
http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/ins...310/index.html
Just received this article from a co-worker. A good read. Wish more of our youth today were involved in activities like this. Anyone else been involved in something like this? We had a severely handicapped young girl who was abandoned by her mother early in life. Every baseball game her grandparents, her legal guardians, in their 60's, would bring her to the ballpark. For yrs she wore our uniform, was in our team pictures, came onto the field for the anthem, cheered with all she had - it was her happiest times and the kids loved her. A lot can be learned.....

Reilly was always good for stories like these. Unfortunately, he left SI. He's going to be doing some TV and sports news work for someone else, but he never really disclosed it when he left SI.
