Free throw violation?

Team A shooter is at the line. Player is holding ball in left hand. Player then takes right hand and mimics shooting motion. Team B player in lane space violates.
Rule book only mentions shooter faking shot. How would you all handle this?

Delayed violation on B. No reason for B to be that jumpy when he can't enter until the ball hits the rim or backboard anyway (assuming Fed). On top of that, if the player isn't holding the ball in his shooting hand, he can't possibly be accused of faking a try.

Signal delay violation

If FT is good we play on... if missed, we do it over as the shooter didn't fake with the ball clearly in the left hand IMO.
