Since Paul Allen announced he is willing to sell the corporate naming rights to the Rose Garden in Portland (where the Blazers play), the Oregonian newspaper's humor column, The Edge, is holding a contest to come up with the funniest name.

Their examples are:

Victoria's Secret Garden
American Standard Toilet Bowl
Hasbro Hungry Hungry Hippodrome

I was just listening to a financial talk show about Paul Allen and the Blazers. They are the least profitable NBA team in the league. The figure they lose every year was around 35million. (If I remember correctly.) The odd thing was, his investment has grown over the years by several hundred million in value.

Does this mean that you can bet on a loser and still win?
