Injured player ... how do you

Injured player ... how do you deal with it? At what point do you stop the game?

If the player is severly injured and needs immediate attention, or is in danger of further injury due to ongoing play, kill it immediately.

If the player's team is in possession of the ball, kill it.

If the opponent is in possession, then hold your whistle if they're making a play towards the basket. If they stop progressing toward the basket, kill it. Otherwise allow the play to finish, then kill it.

That's a lot of violence to tell someone who can't handle a simple injury!

Think of it as a mercy killing. Sometimes you have to be cruel to be kind

I thought his first comment about Henry VIII disconsorting 5 times was much more clever.
