Shooting or Not shooting
 

Team A has 7 fouls and Team B only 4 fouls.
Scenario: A1 is dribbling ball in its frontcourt when A2 fouls B1 (common). Does B1 shoot the 1 & 1 or does Team B get possessison at spot nearest fould and go the other way? Thank you for your response(s).
