From the front court, Team A throws in ball 10' from division line.
Before possession is obtained, the ball is touched or batted by each team more than 3 times each.
Player B touches the ball, and the ball bounces high enough for Player A, who has a foot down in the front court and the other foot in the air [because the back court foot was lifted as he strode toward the balll] to bat the ball to back court, where he proceeds to dribble to the front court.

If the "bat" was deemed controlled as the start of a dribble, then it would be a violation. Otherwise, no violation.
