Jim Blackwood owes an apology to the officiating community on his recent remark that officials have the "right" to officiate playoff games for their $45.00 dues. Jim Blackwood then has a "right" to teach our youth and is being paid. He should be paying us to teach and give the taxpayers their money back if this is his view.
