Foul question
 
Team A is over the team foul limit. A1 with posssession, called for charge against B2. Does team B shoot free throws or just side out throw in?

No free throws. Team A has committed a player control foul. Throw-in spot nearest the foul.

Is the foul personal and team and added to the total respectively?

It counts toward player and team foul totals, yes.

Unless it is NBA rules where it does not count as a team foul for the penalty
