designated throw in spot?

What is the signal or mechanics of an official for a player who moves completely off the designated throw in spot before he/she passes the ball in(nfhs)? In addition, would they say anything while making this call?

Thanks,
Fan

Point to the spot and / or point in a moving motion along the OOB line. Verbalize something like "Throw-in violation for leaving the designated spot."

The "traveling" signal is often used, but it's incorrect.
