running baseline
 

After a made basket ... Team A calls timeout. When they return to the floor Team A has the right to run the baseline, however another timeout is called. Does Team A retain the right to run the baseline again?

yes.

Time outs do not ever nullify the opportunity for a team to "run the baseline." All timeouts could be used at one time, one after another and if the ball was given to a team as a result of "after a made basket" then you behave is if the timeouts were never requested.
