Free Throw Violation
 
A1 is about to release a free throw when B1 steps into the lane. The official correctly signals a violation, but by rule withholds his whistle. Team A then calls a timeout before A1 releases the ball.

After the time out A1 misses the free throw. What do you have?

I have a strange rule that allows a team to "call" a timeout. :D

A1 will shoot substitute free throw.
