I sent an email to the provincial interpreter and our Senior Official clinician in charge of referee development. I agree with everything posted and even though this is in Canada and FIBA rules the concept is the same.

"Hard Surface"? Well, if it was a cup, worn by a male, I'd probably let it go, as I wouldnt be checking it...lol
