To clear things up: both teams had over 5 personal fouls (it was the last minute of overtime).

Thanks for the answers, it's exactly how I thought it would be right.

I do not do NCAA rules. Is their proceedure the same? Or is it Point Of Interuption (POI)? Shoot the foul for 'T', then line up the players and shoot the personal foul (2 shots). Just curious for when I watch these games on TV.

You have the correct procedure for NCAA (unless it's a flagrant T or intentional T -- the latter for Men only).
