PIAA REF I have to instruct a two-man mechanics meeting in a couple of weeks. Do any of you know where to find any good materials that I could use. I haven't done much 2-man lately and am a little rusty. Thanks

It's just basic respect for all officials everywhere. I won't say another word about it.
Splute You can Google "basketball two person mechanics presentations" or other variations of this and get a few presentations. However, the primaries shown may not be what your area teaches, etc.

Mark Padgett Jurassic Referee wroteEmpathy is my middle name. I thought it was Fauntleroy, like Donald Duck.

Dan_ref btw, since we're discussing empathy, here's an empathy test: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/live/articles/news/news.html?in_article_id=488388&in_page_id=1770&ito=newsnow If you believe this is funny then you pass. If you believe driving 25 miles was a waste of time and gas then you fail.

If you believe driving 25 miles was a waste of time and gas then you fail. I thought it was funny. And I also thought 25 miles was a huge waste. So do I get a re-take or something? And, btw, 25 miles? Since when do Brits use miles?
Dan_ref rainmaker wroteI thought it was funny. And I also thought 25 miles was a huge waste. So do I get a re-take or something? I feel your pain, but no retest for you. Now go away. And, btw, 25 miles? Since when do Brits use miles? errr....since like only forever...
rainmaker Dan_ref wroteI feel your pain, but no retest for you. Now go away. Okay, but not far. When the empathy kicks back in, I'm so ready to just nag and whine at everyone about PC, and so on.
Adam Back In The Saddle wroteSome chicks really hate when you call it two man. That's 'cause girls are different. I know, 'cause JR told me.
Mark Padgett Snaqwells wroteThat's 'cause girls are different. I know, 'cause JR told me. I was a teenager before I found out that girls weren't just soft, lumpy boys. 😮
Back In The Saddle rainmaker wroteAnd, btw, 25 miles? Since when do Brits use miles?Brits use miles. It's across the channel where they measure things in sillymeters.
Scrapper1 Dan_ref wroteIf you believe this is funny then you pass. If you believe driving 25 miles was a waste of time and gas then you fail.I didn't think it was funny; I didn't think it was a waste. I think it was a totally justified reaction to irresponsible pet owners. And I say that as a former cat owner.
