2008 NCAA rule book
 
Has anyone else noticed that there are no plays situations in the 2008 NCAA rule book? I heard that there is a seperate book coming out with plays only. Does anyone know about this or have any information on the release date?

I believe the NCAA is going to create a casebook for this season. When they will come out with this book I do not know. I believe this was announced a little over a month ago (maybe longer).
